Ginette Garde reserves the right to adapt and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Prices are indicated in euros ( EUR - € ) The prices applied are those communicated on the site and confirmed to the customer when validating the order. Delivery costs are communicated to the customer on the order summary before validation of the latter and are expressed all taxes included. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and invoiced in addition to the sale price of the products. Customs clearance, payment of duties or various taxes upon delivery abroad are also the responsibility of the customer. 4. PAYMENT

5. RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items. It is essential to follow our return process via the Fastoche app. This ensures optimal management of your request. Any return not declared or not made via FASTOCHE cannot be processed or refunded.

We can offer size exchanges while stocks last. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping is free in mainland France for orders over €150. During exceptional clearance sales, items offered will not be refunded or exchanged.
